Two-storey duplex cottage. Living/dining/kitchen area and bathroom downstairs. One room loft upstairs. Two single beds built-in with privacy curtains. One double bed. There is a space built-in suitable for a sleeping bag and big enough for a child. The loveseat downstairs makes into a single bed, if need be. DVD player/VCR and TV. No cable or satellite. Movies available in main house.

Car Parking:

Large parking area, not covered. If you are cycling, we can store your bike overnight in a shelter for you.

Walking paths, guided walking tour to the beach, campfires, stargazing, lots of room to play croquet, ball, or other outdoor games, ATV tours of the property.

Campbell's Cove - day use picnic area, beach North Lake - Bluefin tuna fishing capital of the world, beach, restaurant, fishing charters Elmira Railway Museum - learn the history of the railway in PEI, day use picnic area, canteen, mini-train ride Historic East Point Lighthouse - tour, walking path, gift shop, small restaurant, where the tides of the Gulf of St. Lawrence and the Northumberland Strait meet Basin Head Provincial Park - Fisheries Museum, beautiful beach with lifeguards on duty, ice cream and soft drinks, "singing sands". Red Point Provincial Park - camping and day use picnic area, lovely beach. Town of Souris - basic amenities.

Directions (Charlottetown, Downtown) 1. Head northwest on University Ave toward Kent St (0.4 km) 2. Turn right at Euston St (0.5 km) 3. Slight left at Longworth Ave (0.6 km) 4. Continue on St-Peters Rd (50.9 km) 5. Turn left to stay on St Peters Rd (0.3 km) 6. St Peters Rd turns slightly left and becomes Northside Rd (35.7 km) 7. Arrive at 8281 Northside Rd
