Ken's Kozy Kottage is a romantic retreat with breathtaking views of picturesque St Peter’s Harbour, North Shore and a rustic farm house across the field. Our private cottage and ideal location offer the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a casual time with close friends.
Breakfast will never taste better than when you are enjoying it in the morning sun on your deck enjoying the views. After a relaxing morning, you can try your hand at deep sea fishing or shoot a round at one of North America’s top 10 golf courses, all within minutes of the cottage. If relaxation is more what you had in mind, while away the afternoon catching a nap in your sunlit bedroom. As the sun sets, take a stroll along the pristine, white sand beach, just 100 yards from the cottage. In the evening, head to Red Head Harbor Wharf, just a kilometer away, to pick up fresh lobster, cod or mackerel to barbeque or treat yourself to some of PEI’s best dining at St. Peter’s Harbour Inn (where you will receive a special discount). Nature lovers will enjoy the dunes and Interpretive Centre at the nearby Greenwich National Park, not to mention the flocks of seabirds in the area.
Our cozy cottage (about 500 square feet) is located on a quiet corner lot with a wrap around deck, boasting spectacular views all around. The property can sleep up to four guests with a plush double bed in the bedroom and a double futon in the library. A three-piece bathroom, kitchenette and dining area complete this quaint cottage.

Our Romantic Getaway cottage is approximately 20' by 24' feet. with wrap a around deck, on a quiet corner lot with breathtaking views. The cozy bedroom is approximately features a double bed to accommodate two guests and the futon in the reading room can accommodate up to to more. There is a dining area, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and barbecue to give you all the comforts of home.

Included in the published rate is 4 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 4 guests).
Cancellations:
We require 14 days notice of any cancellations or booking changes. If we are able to rebook the cottage for the same period, you will be given a refund on your booking less a $100 administration fee. If we are unable to rebook the property for the period canceled, you will be charged for 25% of the total booking.
Administration policy on refunds: This site's administration policy on refunds: 10% of the total paid+ $3.00 booking fee is non-refundable. Refunds on remaining balance to be negotiated directly w/property owner subject to their policy.

This is the ideal location for relaxation or for a multitude of activities from deep sea fishing, heading to the beach or taking in some of PEI's world class golf courses. Red Head Harbor Wharf, just a kilometer away, is a great spot to pick up some fresh local seafood to enjoy in the comfort of your cottage. Nature lovers will love exploring the nearby dunes and Interpretive Centre at Greenwich National Park.

Take the 1st left onto Brackley Point Rd. Turn left onto Charlottetown Perimeter Hwy/Trans-Canada Hwy (signs for Wood Islands/Souris). Turn left onto Veteran's Memorial Hwy/St Peters Rd/All Weather Hwy (PE-2 E/PE-218 E); follow the signs for Souris. Continue to follow Veteran's Memorial Hwy/St Peters Rd/All Weather Hwy (PE-2 E). Turn left onto St Peters Harbour Rd. Take the 1st right onto Creek Rd. Take the 1st left onto Gulf View Rd
