Enjoy access to your own private, white-sand beach just steps across the lawn. The cottage is approximately 900 square feet with both a deck off the living room and a patio off the dining room. Across the lawn from the cottage is a staircase that leads you to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. World-class golf courses only 30 minutes from cottage, 10 minutes to North Lake Harbour, “Bluefin Tuna Capital of the World”, where you can embark on Tuna Charters, Deep-Sea Fishing or Seal Watching Adventures, 25 minutes to Lobster Suppers in either Cardigan or St. Margaret’s. 15 minutes to East Point Lighthouse, location of the ‘Meeting of the Tides’ from the Gulf of St. Lawrence and the Northumberland Strait.

Cancellations:
If the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, the 50% deposit is refunded, less a $50.00 administration fee. If the booking is cancelled after the required 60 days and another booking takes place, the deposit will be refunded, less the $50.00 administration fee. If no booking occurs, the deposit is non-refundable.
Administration policy on refunds: This site's administration policy on refunds: 10% of the total paid+ $3.00 booking fee is non-refundable. Refunds on remaining balance to be negotiated directly w/property owner subject to their policy.
