The Millenium is a newly constructed 944 square foot cottage, fully insulated, electric heat. The three bedrooms are set up as 1 queen and two rooms, each with a double bed. There is also a fold out sofa bed in the living room. The cottage is fully equipped with a large patio deck and propane bbq. The cottage has a 4 piece bath which includes a 5 foot corner jacuzzi and a stand-up shower. This is a 4 star cottage with beautiful pine interior and ceramic tile throughout. There are ceiling fans in all rooms, Bottled Water Dispenser, satellite TV, VCR or DVD player. This cottage overlooks the beautiful West River in Meadowbank PEI.

Reservations A deposit of 30% confirms your reservation. Your payment can be made via cheque, money order or VISA/MC. The balance is due 4 weeks before your arrival. Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable, however can be use towards a future booking.

Administration policy on refunds: This site's administration policy on refunds: 10% of the total paid+ $3.00 booking fee is non-refundable. Refunds on remaining balance to be negotiated directly w/property owner subject to their policy.

A 600 square foot cottage situated overlooking the West River in beautiful Meadowbank PEI. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, all with double beds. The main living space is furnished with all the requirements for cottage living. The floor has been redone with laminate flooring. The washroom is equipped with a four piece jacuzzi bath. The cottage is fully equipped with all linens, towels, face cloths, etc.. A propane Bar B Q, Fridge, and Stove as well as a Satellite TV and VCR/DVD for the children to play their favorite videos. A large wrap around deck with a picnic table will allow you to enjoy those hot summer evenings outside. A crib for an infant is available upon request. His & Her Mountain Bikes are available for your convenience as well.

Tastefully decorated in Heritage Colors with Pine accented throughout the cottage. This 3 Bedroom cottage features 1 King and 2 Queen Size Beds plus fold out sofa bed in living room. The full Bath is equipped with 5 Foot Corner Whirlpool and Stand up Shower. The bright living room has a skylight built into the cathedral ceilings for an open, spacious feel. Ceramic tile is throughout the cottage (no carpet). You will also find an in-wall HD LCD 40 Inch TV, Blue Ray DVD Player, Bell Express Vu Satellite TV in true High Definition and Microsuede Sofa and love seat in living room. Stainless Steel Fridge/Stove, Dishwasher/ Microwave oven. Washer/Dryer in cottage. Private Telephone, Bottled Water dispenser and with ceiling fans throughout. This new 5 STAR Cottage is overlooking the West River with a spectacular view from the huge front patio deck equipped with lots of patio furniture, Propane BAR B Q. Lobster/Mussell Cooker. Getting There:

From Confederation Bridge in Borden Prince Edward Island Head towards Ch'town on the Trans Canada Highway Route #1 for approx. 43 Kilometers you will enter a small community called Cornwall and reduced speed to 60 KM/H. You will come to a set of lights where you will turn right and head to Meadowbank on the Meadowbank Rd(RTE 19) Go out this road for about 3.1 to a private road on the left called "SHELDONS LANE". Take this lane down to Daltons Lane. Our cottages are 11 Waterview Cottage, 13 Cottage Pine ,15 Daltons LaneMillennium Cottage. From the Charlottetown Airport, come out the main entrance of the airport, continue going straight until you reach the Lower Malpeque Rd. Turn left go to the next set of lights and turn right on to the Trans Canada highway. Follow the Trans Canada Highway about 10 minutes until you come to the Cornwall Esso Service Station. Turn left at next lights and go out the Meadowbank Rd(Route #19) for 3.1 Km. Take a left onto Sheldon's Lane. Take this lane down to Daltons Lane. Our cottages are 11 Daltons Lane Waterview Cottage, 13 Daltons Lane Cottage Pine ,15 Daltons Lane Millennium Cottage.
